Met with DeAngela today to do a sound bath and it was an amazing experience. Not only does she have a calming presence, she is phenomenal at what she does. I felt grounded, relaxed and a level of clarity after working with her. If you are looking for a nervous system reset, a great grounding and calming practice, I would definitely recommend coming to see DeAngela.

DeAngela's sound bath sent me on a course to relaxation that I haven't felt for some time. I opted for the 60 min sound bath, wow I honestly wanted to book another session immediately! It's amazing being able to drift away on a plane of tranquility and comfort, being removed physically from the hustle & bustle of life's daily struggles. As far as my session, it was an amazing way to end my workday.

I booked a 30 minute sound bath session with De-Angela with the intention of finding some mental clarity. During the session, I was truly in a relaxed state of mind. Echo is so knowledgeable. I came in recovering from a hip injury. She not only helped me with my hip but she found other areas that may have been impacted by this injury and worked on them as well. Her massage is very relaxing and purposeful. I will 100% be back!
